Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)

Once we receive your request, we'll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or manufacturing defect).
